Wood Shop

We maintain a dedicated workshop for our woodworking projects, and our woodworking staff is highly skilled. ​We can accomplish just about anything you can imagine!

Our woodworking capabilities include:

  • Re-veneering of cabinets, doors and entire walls/cabins
  • Replacing windows and hatches
  • Replacing overhead and side wall liners
  • Repairing and fabricating cabinets
  • All manner of teak deck work
  • Replacing and repairing toe rails

Our normal stock includes:

  • White and black starboard, in widths from 1/4" to 3/4"
  • Bronze and clear polycarbonate sheets, in widths from 1/4" to 3/4"
  • Full assortment of veneers to match most interiors (with ability to rush order others as needed)
  • Various solid woods, including:
    Teak
    Mahogany
    Cherry
    Maple
    Oak
    Ash
    Sapele
  • Full assortment of Okume Marine Plywood; Teak plywood
  • Vinyl foam-backed head liner material
